24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE: Our contracted customers, have full access to our Service Department 24 hours per day - should the need arise. Sometimes, even the best maintenance will require the occasional Emergency Service.
CUSTOM MAINTENANCE PLANS: We are pleased to deign a service plan that will fit your needs. Annual, Quarterly, Seasonal, All-Inclusive or monthly installments - we will design a plan that is both economical and comprehensive.
INDUSTRY SPECIFIC PLANS: Currently, some industries are asking for help complying with the strict requirements being set forth by the Dept. of Health. If you are a Health Care Facility you may fall under this strict criteria. Aside from needing routine maintenance, you are obligated to perform a weekly inspections and a full system transfer test on a monthly basis for a full 30 minutes by a qualified individual. We are sensitive to these needs, and will customize a service and testing plan that will keep you compliant.
RENTAL FLEET: If there comes a time when your power system is in need of a major repair, we still have you covered. We have a fleet of trailer-mounted, diesel generators that we can mobilize at a moments notice. We will wire this portable unit in to take the place of the stationary unit and we will even utilize the transfer switch, so you have the same automatic operation that you are used to.
SPECIALIZED TESTING: We are constantly adapting and adding services that our clients need in order to stay compliant and confident in their equipment. Some of these tests are as follows:

Reverse Shutdown Test (used to identify emergency circuits when normal power is on)
Digital Power Study (Recording meter used to identify utility spikes and valleys over multiple days)
